Products sold through AfricaTP Online are professional digital transfer pricing reports or benchmarking materials described on the relevant product page.
2. Licence and use
The purchased report is licensed for the purchaser's permitted internal professional use as specified in the final licence terms. Redistribution, resale, public posting or unauthorised sharing should be prohibited unless AfricaTP agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Scope and limitations
Each product page should state the transaction type, period, methodology, assumptions and key limitations. A standard report may not be appropriate for every taxpayer or transaction.
4. No automatic engagement
Purchase of a ready-made report does not by itself create a broader advisory engagement unless separately agreed.
5. Digital delivery
Access is provided electronically following successful payment, subject to the final fulfilment and fraud-control rules configured by AfricaTP.
6. Refunds
Insert the final approved refund policy, taking account of applicable law and whether the digital product has already been supplied or accessed.
7. Confidentiality and intellectual property
